Hello and welcome to my website! I am so very pleased that you have come to learn more about myself, my practice, as well as the benefits of receiving massage. Massage is certainly a large passion in my life! I absolutely love being able to help people to feel better in their own bodies every day! It gives me great satisfaction to help alleviate pain, tension, stress and/or headaches in others. It is my intention to help people in these areas, so that they may go out to live life freely and passionately! The years have past quickly since I began this journey in 2011. I'm still going strong and feel deeply grateful to be able to help others in this way! Hoping to be here in another 10+ years saying the same thing to you! I What can I say, I LOVE MY WORK!

These include: a relaxing and gently flowing Swedish Massage; Medical Massage utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques that focus on specific complications or injuries; Therapeutic Massage using deeper pressure with stretching, range of motion and Orthopedic techniques; Energetic Bodywork focusing on the energy centers, called Chakras, to balance your body's natural rhythms and restore peace and well being; Maternity Massage for those ladies who are excepting; Hot Stones; and many more!
